Operation Mode

Quality and Performance

Broadcast Profile

Determines the balance between quality and resource consumption.

Connection Mode

  • Distributed: Uses Souv infrastructure
  • Point-to-Point: Direct connection for low latency

Resolution

Choose the target resolution for the broadcast. Avoid using resolutions higher than your connection's upload capacity or higher than what will be displayed.

Due to its compatibility with most hardware, H264 codec is the standard recommendation. Hardware acceleration is recommended for better performance, to avoid overheating, and to save battery.

Bitrate Settings

Maximum Bitrate

  • Defines the upper limit of data per second
  • Adjust according to your internet connection
  • Typical values:
    • 4K: 20-51 Mbps
    • 1080p: 3-16 Mbps
    • 720p: 1.5-4 Mbps

Input Devices

Cameras

  • Primary: Main video source
  • Secondary: Alternative/backup source

    • Auto Gain: Automatic volume adjustment
