Quick Start

  1. Go to https://social.souv.tv/ and log in to your account.
  2. In the displayed menu, access Settings.
  3. Click the "+" button to create a new campaign.
  4. Customize the campaign:
    • Add a title.
    • Set the start and end dates.
    • Choose the type of Campaign.
    • If there is WhatsApp integration, select the corresponding option.
  5. Configure the time limit for videos:
    • Enter a time limit or check the "No time limit" option if preferred.
  6. Choose whether to accept anonymous submissions or not.
  7. Define the types of files accepted in the campaign.
  8. Add a welcome message, which will be displayed as the first message to the user.
  9. Click SAVE.

After completing all the steps, the following screen will be displayed:

Social Home

  • You can view and modify the URL of your campaign for sharing.
  • To change the URL, click on the text box, edit the content, and click SAVE to confirm the changes.

Accepted File Types​

Maximum file size limit: 1TB

  • Images: PNG, JPEG, WEBM, and other common formats.
  • Videos: MP4, WEBM, MKV, among others.
  • Audio: MP3, WAV, FLAC, and similar formats.
  • Documents: PDF, DOCX, among others.
