Campaign Types
The platform allows creating different types of campaigns for audience engagement. Currently, there are two main types: Media Campaigns and Poll Campaigns.
π· Media Campaignsβ
This type of campaign allows users to submit files such as images, videos, audio, and documents.
π Available Features:β
- Configuration of accepted formats (example: JPEG, MP4, MP3, PDF).
- Setting a time limit for videos or "No time limit" option.
- Permission for anonymous submission or identification requirement.
- Customization of welcome messages displayed before submission.
- Generation of sharing link or QR Code to facilitate file submission.
This modality is ideal for user-generated content collection campaigns, such as: βοΈ Submitting photos and videos for news coverage. βοΈ Sharing stories and testimonials. βοΈ Submission of promotional and collaborative materials.
π Poll Campaignsβ
Poll campaigns allow collecting public opinions through questions and answer options.
π Available Features:β
- Creation of custom questions with multiple answer options.
- Time limit for participation (response deadline).
- Real-time statistics display of votes.
- Option to share via link or QR Code.
This modality is ideal for: βοΈ Collecting public feedback about events and services. βοΈ Conducting real-time opinion polls. βοΈ Engaging audience with interactive polls.
π― How to Create a Campaignβ
1οΈβ£ Access the Social menu in the Settings tab.
2οΈβ£ Click the +
button to create a new campaign.
3οΈβ£ Choose between Media Campaign or Poll Campaign.
4οΈβ£ Customize the campaign with title, dates, and specific settings.
5οΈβ£ Save and share the link or QR Code for participation.
