Workspaces

Workspace configuration is one of the main features of Souv. In this section, you can create, edit, and delete workspaces, efficiently organizing your projects and teams.

Each Workspace is an isolated environment where you can add users, configure permissions, and manage specific resources.

Workspaces are unique to your profile, and you can create as many as you want. They are available across all Souv applications. This means the same Workspace created in the "Live" application is available in the "Social" application or even in the Gallery.

Screen Workspaces In the central area, you'll find:

  • Workspace name: Displays the name of the created workspace.
  • Acronym: Abbreviation used to refer to a workspace in the system.
  • Actions: Workspace editing and deletion.
  • "+" Button: Modal for workspace creation.

Creating​

Screen Workspaces

  • Click the "+" Button
  • The workspace creation modal will open
  • Add the desired workspace name
  • Acronym: add a MAXIMUM of 4 letters
  • CLICK SAVE

Editing​

  • Click the 🖋️ Button
  • The workspace editing modal will open
  • Make the desired changes
  • CLICK SAVE

Removing​

Screen Workspaces

  • Click the 🗑️ Button
  • The workspace deletion modal will open
  • CLICK Delete
